Delilah Leon
Coach Delilah Leon has a wealth of experience, passion, and knowledge of the game of softball. With a proven track record of success, she is committed to developing our team's skills, fostering a positive team environment, and achieving new goals both on and off the field.
Prior to joining Lake Travis High School, Coach Leon was the Assistant Head Softball Coach, Girls Athletic Coordinator, and Head Volleyball Coach at Manor High School. She also served as the Head Softball Coach at St. John Paul II High School and West Oso High School.
Coach Leon has been playing softball since she was three years old. She played at Blinn Junior College, where she served as Team Captain both seasons, before transferring to the University of Utah. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology in 2017 while competing for the Utes.
Outside of coaching, Coach Leon is married to her husband, Andrew Leon, and they have a son, Andrew Dax Leon. She enjoys spending time with her family and is excited to continue building a championship culture at Lake Travis High School while making a positive impact on the lives of her student-athletes.

Sarah Pannkuk
Coach Sarah Pannkuk is a proud Lake Travis High School alumna and former four-year varsity softball player. She is excited to continue giving back to the program that helped shape her as both an athlete and a person.
Coach Pannkuk is entering her third year at Lake Travis High School as a teacher and coach. She serves as a CAV Leadership teacher, Freshman Volleyball Coach, and Assistant Softball Coach. Before returning to Lake Travis, she spent two years in add Manor ISD as an Athletic Coordinator and middle school head coach, where she led her teams to district championships, including an undefeated season.
She earned her degree in Psychology with a concentration in Exercise and Sport Science/Coaching, bringing a strong understanding of both the mental and physical aspects of athletic development. Coach Pannkuk is passionate about helping young athletes grow in confidence, develop their skills, and compete at a high level. She takes pride in building meaningful relationships with her athletes and loves watching them succeed both at Lake Travis and beyond.
As a Lake Travis alumna, Coach Pannkuk is honored to be back in Cavalier Nation and is committed to continuing the tradition and excellence of the Lake Travis softball program.

Joe Hillard
Joe Hilliard enters his first season as an assistant softball coach at Lake Travis High School, where he will work with outfielders while bringing a strong background in player development and analytics.
Prior to joining Lake Travis, Hilliard spent five seasons (2021–2025) at Permian High School in Odessa, Texas. In addition to serving as the Wide Receivers Coach and Analytics Coordinator for the football program, he was also an integral part of the baseball program, serving as the JV Head Baseball Coach. During his time with the program, he helped develop student-athletes both on and off the field while emphasizing fundamentals, accountability, and a competitive mindset.
Before his time at Permian, Hilliard served as the linebackers coach and strength coach at his alma mater, Warren Woods Tower High School in Warren, Michigan, during the 2020 season.
A native of Eastpointe, Michigan, Hilliard earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Siena Heights University in 2019, where he was a five-year varsity football player. His experience as a collegiate athlete, combined with his years coaching baseball and football, has shaped a coaching philosophy centered on hard work, resilience, integrity, and building fundamentally sound athletes.
Coach Hilliard is excited to join the Lake Travis softball program and looks forward to helping develop players both on and off the field while contributing to the championship culture of Cavalier Softball.
